As an Elastic Education and Certification Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work with a tremendous Service and Sales teams, supporting our {Region} customer base on their training requirements. You will be making an impact by working with our customers through leading communications, training delivery facilitation, scheduling, and reporting while assisting to develop and implement operational standard methodologies for our growing Education team.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Previous experience working as a Training or Certification Coordinator role recommended
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, management and departments from education, finance, curriculum and other team members.
  • Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously and provide day of class support to instructors.
  • Working with customers and partners via email to answer inquiries, address needs, and resolve issues about training or systems in a timely manner until resolution.
  • Experience creating training sessions, adding materials, managing enrollments in an LMS system.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Suite, Salesforce and LMS.
  • Experience working with help desk systems such Zendesk, ServiceNow or similar support systems.
  • Working knowledge of data flows across multiple systems in order to support data information and integration flows.
  • Track public registrations in our LMS system and master training schedule to ensure our instructors and courses reach maximum capacity
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing to drive public training enrolments and upsell opportunities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner for any training or certification inquiries
  • Support our Education team in the release of new training offering
  • Develop and implement standard methodologies that can continually improve Elastic Education services

What You Bring Along:

  • A proven experience as a coordinator for training, certification or consulting services
  • Great teammate, ability to work in a fast pace environment with a positive approach and response time
  • Adequate knowledge of learning management systems
  • Self-initiative with attention to detail and delivering high-quality results
  • Strong communication skills while multitasking in a rapid paced environment.
