Position Overview

We are now looking for a Director of Product Marketing who will play a pivotal role in driving the success and adoption of our products.

Reporting into the VP of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing the strategic GTM marketing plans to promote our suite of products to our target markets across Europe, and position our products to win across all markets.

Your mission will be to craft compelling narratives, drive market positioning, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to our customers and prospects.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop a clear GTM strategy for all new and existing products, collaborating with our Product, Revenue and Marketing teams to create an effective GTM plan that communicates the value of our products to a broad audience.
  • Develop and execute value propositions, messages, and positioning that translates Dealfront’s products and features into benefits that resonate with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to create and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales tools, training programs, create sales enablement collateral including sales decks, product sheets, presentations/videos, demo scripts, competitive battle cards, and objection handling sheets.
  • Lead the development and execution of GTM plans for new product launches and updates, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful product releases.
  • Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and analyse competitor offerings to inform product strategies and marketing initiatives – be an expert on our competition, how they are positioned, and how/where our products compare.
  • Obtain insights into customers’ usage of product and features, use cases and case studies, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys and sales data.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience within SaaS, ideally B2B.
  • A proven track record in successfully developing and executing GTM strategies.
  • Demonstrable record of driving growth and adoption of SaaS products.
  • Experience collaborating closely with software development and product teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to easily convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Experience within a fast-growing environment overseeing multiple products.
  • Collaborative, creative, can-do attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent organisational, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
