We’re a fully remote company working from all over the world. And we’re looking for someone to help us generate demand for our sales team.

Here’s what you’ll do

  • Lead, build, and execute the demand generation strategy and initiatives to drive MQLs and ultimately MRR
  • Plan and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns to attract and convert our ICP
  • Work with the content team to create effective and compelling lead generation assets, such as eBooks, webinars, whitepapers, landing pages, ads, etc.
  • Work with freelancers to run paid ad campaigns to generate demand
  • Work with the content team on SEO optimizations to capture demand
  • Run email nurturing campaigns to leads and work with the Director of Sales and Product Marketing Manager to optimize the Sales funnel
  • Run experiments to continuously improve the quantity and quality of leads
  • Find creative, new opportunities of reaching potential customers and generating demand
  • Work backwards from our MRR goals to set our lead targets
  • Report on demand generation activities and KPIs

About you

  • 3+ years in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing
  • Understanding of B2B demand generation funnels, funnel conversion and the tactics used at each stage
  • Experience in setting up demand generation engines
  • Experience leading and implementing ABM strategies
  • Data-informed and have experience setting up and maintaining tracking and analytics
  • Experience using marketing automation and analytics tools
  • Self-starter and are not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get things done
  • Experience in an early-stage B2B SaaS company
  • Fluent in English and would enjoy working remotely
