We are now looking for an ambitious Customer Success Manager for our Customer Success Team. We work remotely-first across Europe, so you can work wherever you personally feel most comfortable. You should ideally have your base in Germany or Portugal.

Your area of ​​responsibility:

  • You are part of a passionate Customer Success Management team that ensures the maintenance and expansion of our customer portfolio.
  • You are the central contact person for medium-sized to large companies that are spread across Europe and operate in a wide variety of industries.
  • You familiarize our customers with our software.
  • You ensure that customers understand the value of our software and help them to use SHERPANY optimally.
  • You provide advice to customers, keep yourself informed about their needs and further expand customer relationships (up-selling).
  • You document the customer journey in the internal CRM and support the team in continuously improving our product.
  • You will be in regular contact with colleagues from product, sales and marketing.

  • You have extensive experience as a Customer Success Manager, Key Account Manager or Business Development Manager.
  • You are an excellent communicator and quickly build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You like to work “hands-on” and independently.
  • You impress with your organizational talent and always keep an overview of your projects.
  • You speak German and English fluently.
