The Role

What You’ll Do:

    • Manage a diverse enterprise accounts client portfolio worth 1M+ in revenue
    • Focus on account growth through various channels
    • Onboard new clients thoroughly and efficiently
    • Develop & share strategic insights and product expertise; talking with customers daily by phone, Zoom, and in-person (when safely permitted)
    • Achieve strong retention, growth, and success of your customer portfolio
    • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
    • Manage and negotiate contracts
    • Join a tight-knit team of Account Managers who love to share ideas and solutions
    • Partner with a 24/7 team of tenured Customer Experience experts who pride themselves on best-in-class CSAT and speedy response and resolution times
    • Partner with approachable, intelligent, data-driven technical teams who care about quality and winning Sales, Marketing, and Finance partners who want our customers to shine!

The Ideal Candidate Is:

    • Curious and creative – you ask questions, seek to understand, and create solutions
    • An expert communicator – you’re empathetic, enjoy building connections, and crave storytelling (especially using data!)
    • Organized & attentive to detail – your inbox is a sanctuary, and you take great care in delivering high-quality work
    • Analytical and driven – you love analyzing information and trying out new formulas to make smart recommendations and learn quickly

What We’re Looking For:

      • 6-8+ years of experience succeeding in a client-facing role (Account Management, Customer Success, Account Executive)
      • 4-6+ years in tech or SaaS/Management
      • Strong working knowledge of Excel, including the ability to write and use common formulas (sum, count, vlookup, if statements, etc) and pivot tables
      • Comfortable presenting to executives
      • Devised a strategy to prevent revenue leakage
      • Successfully predicted and alerted high value renewals at Risk
      • Driven a high quality renewal process at scale
      • Tracked, shared quarterly progress of your portfolio
      • Diligently dug into root causes of churn
      • Creatively led renewal calls for at-risk & high-growth accounts
      • Must be curious and is always willing to learn!
Nice to Haves:
    • Bi-lingual in Spanish
    • Experienced with Tableau
    • An expert in a particular industry: CPG, automotive, retail
