Role

As a CRO Specialist (Conversion Rate Optimization) your primary mission will revolve around the enhancement of digital interactions. You will lead the charge in shaping and executing our conversion optimization strategy, which includes designing and implementing split testing, multivariate testing, and other innovative approaches to improve website, email, and landing page performance. Using analytics tools and your keen insights, you will meticulously monitor and analyze test outcomes, crafting data-driven hypotheses that align with our strategic objectives.

Your responsibility extends to creating design, content, and development guidelines based on winning test results, and as the driving force behind our testing roadmap, you’ll be pivotal in gathering qualitative and quantitative insights to define testing priorities. Your exceptional ability to evaluate and document test performances, backed by your recommendations for follow-up measures, will be a cornerstone of our success.

Additionally, you’ll regularly prepare comprehensive monthly reports for clients and ensure the optimization test setups are seamless. Playing a vital role in knowledge transfer, you’ll provide training to team members, elevating our collective expertise. Finally, you’ll be instrumental in our mission to standardize our “landing page service” as a key product offering, propelling us forward in the ever-evolving digital landscape. Your expertise as a CRO Specialist is an invaluable asset in driving tangible results and shaping our digital future.

Roles Responsibilities

You will have several responsibilities including but no limited to:

– Design, build and execute split testing, multivariate testing, and other testing approaches for websites, emails, and landing pages. Also, be capable of identifying and test new technologies and practices to improve conversion rate and consumer engagement.

– Use analytics platforms and other tools to monitor and analyze the outcomes from the tests

– Ideate a/b test hypothesis in line with strategic goals to drive the testing roadmap. Create design, content and development guidelines based on findings from winning tests

– Analyze and initiate qualitative and quantitative insights to gather testing ideas and define priorities.

– Evaluate and document test performances and recommend follow-up measures.

– Troubleshoot and spot existing issues with optimization test set-ups and present results internally or externally through the production of high-quality documentation

– Train team members on conversion optimization

– Help build a “landing page service” as a standardized product offering.

Requirements

This job might be the right one for you if:

– Experience with a/b testing tools, content management systems (cms), and web analytics tools (convert.com, Hotjar, Mouseflow, Userbrain, GA4, Shopify, and the like.

– Knowledge of how to use landing page builders (Replo, Unbounce, leadpages etc.)

– + 3 years experience as a CRO specialist. +100 a/b tests under the belt.

– Fluent verbal and written English communications skills (you will communicate with US/UK clients)

– Strong organizational skills and experience of balancing multiple projects at once

– Proactive and self-motivated to seek answers, generate ideas, and develop new skills
