As a Creative Producer, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative and effective creative strategies that drive our clients’ marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and performance marketers, to deliver compelling and impactful solutions that align with our clients’ objectives and their target audiences. You will generate creative ideas and concepts based on the project brief and client’s vision, by conducting research, brainstorming and creating visual and/or written materials to communicate and refine the creative vision.

About the Role

    • Collaborate with production hubs, copywriters, and other team members to develop creative assets that align with the strategic vision with an eye for Performance
    • Develop comprehensive creative strategies and campaign concepts that effectively address the clients’ objectives while adhering to brand guidelines
    • Collaborate with our Strategy and Storytelling team and lead the ideation process to develop and execute creative strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention
    • Engage and excite the clients
    • Foster streamlined and efficient workstreams with hubs to reduce friction and rework, with the singular focus on timely delivery
    • Responsible for understanding the strategic objectives of the clients’ business and creating marketing goals from such objectives that are technically sound, feasible and timely.
    • Present creative strategies and campaign concepts, addressing feedback and refining ideas as necessary
    • Serve as a thought-leader to the clients for creative insights, synthesizing trends and identifying opportunities
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization

About You

    • Great Team Player
    • 5+  years experience  in user acquisition, marketing
    • Experience leading brand, content, and communication design experience, with substantial exposure to a wide variety of disciplines and channels including online and offline advertising, video, social and interactive multimedia to amplify brand strategy and storytelling
    • Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Creative Strategist, Marketing Strategist, or a similar role within a creative marketing agency or related industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of Digital Media landscape including social media i.e. FB, Snap, Tik Tok, YT, IG, Google, etc.
    • Strong digital and social media campaign experience.
    • Able to work well under pressure and deadlines.
    • Comfortable with team-based work structure; ability to remain flexible to change within the work environment and scope of responsibility.
