The Commercial Operations Analyst will be the expert at Nordhealth for all commercial data. From marketing campaign performance to sales pipeline analysis, this role will be a critical member of our growing team at Nordhealth. Focused on our veterinary business (and its PMS solution Provet Cloud), the Commercial Operations Analyst will work on the global Marketing team and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and leadership teams across multiple countries and regions.

This position reports into the Sr. Marketing Manager, Demand Generation, and is fully remote.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Build and manage database entry process and procedure, crafting playbooks for the commercial organization to establish:
    • Minimum Data Requirements across contacts, organizations, deals, and other Hubspot objects
    • Consistency of source attribution based on both automated and manual entry
    • Templates for channel automation for data capture
  • Craft and run daily reports to identify data inconsistencies, taking appropriate action to resolve to keep reporting up-to-date and accurate
  • Support the establishment & measurement of consistent KPIs for the global commercial teams, with country and region-specific reports and dashboards to keep performance transparent
  • Be the point person for reports & dashboards for commercial and management teams, in support of day-to-day business, business reviews, and other reporting or data needs
  • Own enforcement of data process & standards, working across our global commercial teams to make sure they are trained and empowered with the information needed to keep our data clean
  • Expert in crafting dynamic communication lists, supporting the marketing, customer support, and implementation teams with audience definition
  • Proactively gather & analyze data, such as sales performance or prospect behavioral trends, to help drive strategic business decisions





  • 3-4 years of experience in data analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (HubSpot preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, (you should be an Excel ninja)
  • Reporting and data visualization skills are critical
  • Experience with data analysis tools like Tableau is a plus
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Able to interpret data trends and create recommendations based on findings
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
