As a Client Strategist at Protex AI, you will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our clients by driving product adoption, promoting expansion, and fostering enduring relationships. You’ll engage with executives to understand their business objectives and co-design supporting strategies alongside our account executive team. Simultaneously, you’ll empower individual users with the knowledge and resources to optimize powerful insights and propel adoption within their teams.

You will be responsible for: 

  • Engaging with individual users and team leads to ensure optimal product adoption, expansion, and utilization
  • Collaborating with account executives in nurturing relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business objectives and align our solutions to drive value and growth
  • Playing an active role in refining client success processes, ensuring efficient workflow management, and contributing to the overall enhancement of our client-centric strategies
  • Communicating and executing best practices in client workflow management and sharing insights to showcase value and identify growth opportunities
  • Coordinating resources to meet client needs effectively, ensuring successful implementation, training, and support for seamless client experiences
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams including product and technical services to  ensure swift and comprehensive delivery and support of Protex solutions

Ideally you have: 

  • Demonstrated experience in client success, account management, and/or technical implementation within the environmental health and safety (EHS) industry
  • Demonstrated understanding of EHS industry trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Demonstrated track record of building, navigating, and scaling relationships with clients
  • Demonstrated proficiency Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software(s), such as with HubSpot or Velaris
  • Clear communication and presentation skills, comfortable interacting at all levels
  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing data and providing meaningful insights to clients
  • Detail-oriented with organizational and project management skills with the dedication to execute best practices
  • Demonstrated experience in managing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)/Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) goals
  • Experience with Miro (similar visual digital workspaces), Google Suite, Slack, and Notion
