SafetyWing (YC W18) is seeking a Candidate experience intern to strengthen our small Recruitment team and ensure a fantastic candidate experience.
You’ll support communication with the candidates applying for multiple roles at Safetywing, answer general queries/follow-ups, maintain the existing talent pipeline, and become a brand ambassador for potential team members.

💻 Your responsibilities will include

  • Ensuring candidates and hiring team members receive timely, thoughtful and engaging communication throughout the hiring process;
  • Manage interview scheduling;
  • Share our job openings on relevant external platforms;
  • Update and organise our talent pipeline and ensure Pinpoint (our applicant tracking system) is up to date;
  • Assist in getting new hires settled in.

🧪 We are looking for someone who

  • Is excited about learning new things;
  • Is comfortable coordinating multiple communication flows in various time zones;
  • Has outstanding communication skills and natural empathy;
  • Is organized, efficient, and proactive with a keen sense of urgency;
  • Is tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and similar tools;
  • Able to join our team for at least four months and contribute 30 hours per week.
