Role Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, remote role. The Business Development Representative will identify and qualify new business opportunities, develop relationships with potential customers, and drive sales growth.

In this role you will:

  • Speak with a diverse set of prospective clients across many industries
  • Generate qualified opportunities for our New Business team from both inbound and outbound leads
  • Complete 75+ prospecting activities per day including calls, emails, and social touchpoints
  • Gain expertise in the space management industry and serve as a subject matter expert for prospects
  • Provide valuable field feedback to the VP of Sales from your efforts

Qualifications for this role:

  • 1+ year of experience in a high-volume Business Development position
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships with potential customers
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience managing both inbound and outbound leads
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the space management industry is a plus
