Key Responsibilities

  • Closely collaborate with co-founders and our developers and get an insight into 2 successfully fast-growing companies!
  • Be responsible for new business and customer generation. This includes world renowned business schools, corporates and fast-growing VC backed companies.
  • Identify and target decision-makers at VC-backed, medium sized and large companies in the UK & Europe region.
  • Grow iLovetobe’s client portfolio by building a powerful pipeline at the top of the sales funnel globally.
  • Build and expand our existing relationship to our clients incl. senior leaders at the world’s top business schools and companies.
  • Quickly understand and articulate customer value propositions across the B2B and learner landscape.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand user needs, articulate value proposition and package our offering to support the strategic goals of the enterprise.
  • Use CRM, design powerpoint slides and other sales material, event invitations, email, and LinkedIn to effectively make warm connections with decision-makers at target clients.
  • Drive our coach and consultant recruitment as well as develop our employer branding.

Job requirements

What we look for (Must haves)

This is a strongly sales/growth driven role and you will have to have:

  • Commission & KPI driven: You are getting a real ‘kick’ out of sales and closing deals is a huge adrenalin rush for you. You are polished and know how to address sophisticated clients.
  • Entrepreneurial growth mindset: You want to move things fast, operate under the “ask for forgiveness instead of permission” principle
  • Can-do & solutions driven attitude: Be autonomous, dare to take decisions, have a strong hands-on and delivery mentality
  • 1-4 years of previous experience in high paced environments, such as high growth start-ups, VCs, investment banks, consultancies and/or EdTech, Higher Education or Corporate Education fields
  • Passionate about Human Potential: You are passionate about unlocking human potential through coaching and world-class leadership development programmes.
  • Techy: You are at ease using modern sales & marketing tools incl. CRM (Hubspot), have great LinkedIn Sales Navigator, G-Suite/Powerpoint skills and modern tech platform skills.

What we look for (Desirables)

  • Proven, strong sales track record (ideally in a SaaS or service business)
  • Experience identifying, closing, and managing commercial relationships in a B2B environment.
  • Knowledge how to build sales pipelines and close deals
  • Background ideally in another sales/account management role e.g. executive search firm, sales in education or learning & development (L&D) field.
  • Network to business schools and/or learning & development professionals at corporations a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable addressing internal stakeholders as well as clients
  • A university degree in Business, Technology or similar
  • Fluency in English and additional languages
