About the Role
The Agile Project Manager is a pivotal person to drive international projects with our customers. You will team up with our current PM to grow the PM network and share project management best practices.
Together with our Development team, you will work on Digital Transformation and other state-of-the-art software development projects. You will attend customer meetings and workshops regularly. Being the first point of contact to the customer, you’ll be in charge of building and nurturing relationships with them, updating on progress and looking out for future business opportunities.
Along the way, you’ll be making sure that the team is organized and delivers on time and within budget, while ensuring the team stays motivated and works harmoniously along the way.
This role also has potential to support in identifying gaps and optimizing internal processes. The nature of this role offers significant exposure within the company and the opportunity to make an impact, since you get to work with people from different departments and levels across our different locations.
What does it take
The person we’re looking for won’t be required to have a tech background, but they will need to be the bridge between our teams and our customers. You will need to empower the teams, get everyone engaged in the project, and remove any obstacles that hinder progress.  Even when things are moving smoothly, you should always be prepared to question the status quo and alert to opportunities to optimize processes.
In terms of customer-facing responsibilities, you will need to help, along with the project’s lead engineer, manage the client’s expectations. You will follow up on project deadlines and budget issues. Engaging with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, is central for this job.
The role is remote but with a restriction between -4 GMT (EDT) and + 3GMT.
Required skills:
➤ Ability to manage projects ensuring that objectives, project goals, and commitments are met.
➤ Knowledge of Agile and traditional project management processes, and the flexibility to blend them as needed to get the job done
➤ Experience in working with distributed teams
➤ Experience working with customers; an understanding of business needs and in how to establish trust in client relationships
➤ Strong  interpersonal skills: you can mentor, coach and collaborate with a team
➤ Prior experience  facilitated workshops/retrospectives
➤ Fluent English both written and spoken
➤ Basic understanding of design thinking and the ability to apply it for problem-solving Keen on knowledge sharing and constant learner
➤ An affinity for tech
➤ Open for project-related traveling
Nice-to-have skills:
➤ Prior experience working with Agile methodologies
➤ Experience coaching an engineering team
➤ Scrum Master experience
➤ Scrum Master certification or ACP certification
➤ Fluency in languages in addition to English (especially German, Spanish, French)
➤ Experience working in tech/software development
➤ Previous experience working in a start-up environment

The Selection Process
Stage 1:
➤ CV sift based on our core requirements for this role.
➤ Skills Assessment: You will be asked to complete an online Verbal Reasoning Test. We will only take the highest performers to the next stages.
Stage 2:
➤ Personality Profile Assessment: You will complete an online personality assessment and undertake an interview based on your profile via Google Meet with one of our psychologists.
Stage 3:
➤ Final Presentation and Behavioural Interview. In the interviews, you will be asked questions related to your previous experience.  You will be sent a brief asking you to prepare a presentation in advance. You will deliver this during the assessment to the panel.
